Mind Carnival Welcomes New Board Advisor as Part of Restructuring Efforts
The national Australian based digital creative company undergoes board restructure due to expanded client services.
Mind Carnival, a multi-channel digital creative agency based in Sydney, Australia, has appointed Neil Macdonald as new board advisor to help the company’s aggressive growth and expansion plans.
Mr. Macdonald currently running a consulting service, serves as Chief Executive Officer of AMP Financial Planners Members Association and Hillross Advisors Association in Australia. Mcdonald will help Mind Carnival extend its reach, as a technology based creative agency specialising in web development, digital marketing strategies and video production. With over a decade of experience, Mind Carnival offers the expertise and talent in providing digital and technology solutions for clients, ranging from creative, strategy and media to technology development.
“Neil has helped us restructure the organisational transformation to a high performing team focused on quality processes and communications,” said Karyn Krawford Managing Director of Mind Carnival.
The new appointment follows a key restructuring of the organisation for the next phase of growth for Mind Carnival. Former board associates, Kerry McCabe current CEO of Radium One and past Director at 9MSN and James Zipeure a Commercial Director at Harvas Media had originally help seed the growth of the company.
“Both Kerry and James were highly valuable to the company at an early stage of growth in the SME digital media industry and helped shape the direction and strategy of the organisation,” Ms. Krawford continued. “[As new board advisor,] Neil will help the company expansion into both national and international markets,” she emphasized.
With the new board structure, Mind Carnival will continue working on a number of large and small digital projects involving e-commerce, web development, media performance, strategy, creative, social, video production, and programmatic media buying solutions. The company is set to launch a large supermarket project in the coming weeks.
“We have been undertaking a pretty significant re-shaping of the business, and this is one of a number of steps we are taking to ensure we are aligned with the changing digital landscape and business needs technologically and operationally,” said Krawford.
